INTRATOOL Group introduces a specialized service for automatic cleaning of the bottom sediments and oil residue in a volume ranging from 100 to 120000 m3. The equipment was developed by the order of EnerJet Systems, as a constituent part of INTRATOOL Group. EnerJet Systems renders service on complex cleaning of equipment and oil storage tanks from any sediment. The project was performed within the programme of national equipment implication. Project development and production preparation was carried out by VTM-Engineering, incorporated in INTRATOOL Group as well.
Equipment for automatic cleaning is intended for work in oil and petrochemistry areas, for oil and oil products transportation, railway, sea and river transport, regeneration and restoration of natural environment in ecological disasters zones.
The characteristics of the equipment are portability, non-volatility, operation flexibility, and also high efficiency and productivity. Two or four qualified operators of this equipment are capable to perform work of a big team from 50 and more heads. Human presence at harmful and dangerous conditions is minimized and absent in most cases.
Automated to the maximum, the device is easy to operate. As it is equipped with own diesel engine, it does not depend on external power sources (neither electric power, nor steam). The equipment carries out not only high-quality cleaning, but also provides extraction of useful products from the bottom sediments and deposits.

Special portable repair workshops have been developed by the design department of INTRATOOL GROUP. They are intended to carry our repair work in field conditions. Portable repair workshops have been designed as a result of long-termed experience of service specialist to support production facility, meeting customer’s requirements to efficiency and quality of repair work.

The device for pipeline fittings fixing and its maintenance (ССПУ-250) has been developed by the engineers of INTRATOOL Group. While designing the specialists leant on the best domestic design institute, using the method of final elements for reliable testing of the device elements. To verify the chosen solutions, specialists of Stankostroyeniye of St.Petersburg State University were invited.
